Have you watched the iHeartRadio Music Awards yet? You should because Taylor Swift totally killed it.
Many people have been wondering where the musician had gone to as she had not made an appearance in any of the already held red carpets in 2019. Coming back to receive the Tour of the Year award was her first appearance, and she made it count; not that she spent a lot, but the look would deceive you she did.
As past events have taught us, no one can rock a romper better than Taylor Swift, and that’s what she showed up in. However, it was not just any other romper. It was an exceptional one and a great attention grabber. What made it more distinctive were the iridescent purple sequins. They had a lively effect on the whole look. The butterfly accented heels also had a hand in turning heads around, and they fit perfectly; just like Cinderella’s glass slippers.
The dressing was not the only remarkable thing though. Taylor also dyed the ends of her hair with shades of pink to match the look. She accessorized the whole look with gemstone accessories
But it is somehow amusing how the look caught people, especially her fans because apparently, the singer had given a peak of the outfit on Instagram.
For such an intriguing look, one would think she spent millions on it. It was her first Red Carpet, and her tour had also yielded millions anyway. However, the romper only cost $250; which is quite unbelievable. The price was easy to find out, being that she had shown it on Instagram and this gave enough time to research. Her stylist, Joseph Cassel, also made it quite easy after he posted the outfit for the second time.
Looking keenly at Taylor Swift’s wardrobe, of course, based on her public appearances, the celebrity has a thing for rompers, and they sure do have a thing for her too. This is not the first time she attended an event in a romper, looking all dashing. Take, for example, the Video Music Awards.
Rompers seem to be just as fit for red carpets as dresses are. To prove this look at some of the celebrities who have gone for red carpets in rompers and rocked it just fine. Rita Ora wore a romper to the VH1 Trailblazer Honors in February, Hailee Steinfeld, during the American Music Awards, Kristen Stewart for the American Ultra premiere among others.
