Actress Vanessa Hudgens has sold her mansion in Los Angeles in less than two months. She has been owning the mansion for over a decade. It is a large mansion with a Mediterranean-style. The house is located in Studio City and was put up for sale in mid-February. Hudgens, who is currently 30 bought the mansion when she was just 20 years old.

The house is on a hillside in Studio City and has been sold for $3.5 million. The listing agent in charge of the property, TJ Paradise from Sotheby’s International Realty revealed the price of the home while saying that Hudgens had made a great bargain from the house. He said that he worked closely and for a long time with Hudgens as they prepared to put the house on the market. According to him, the house was in perfect condition, which made it possible to sell it within a short while.

Hudgens bought the six-bedroomed house while she was casting in the High School Musical franchise. She was at the apex of her big break into acting and film at the time. She has been able to add a personal touch to the house through a couple of renovations throughout the decade. Some of the additions include decorations inspired by Moorish, which complements that Spanish-architecture of the house. She also added metal lanterns, and hang them around the house and repainted the stucco exterior with crisp white paint. Her agent Mr. Paradise revealed all these as he was talking about the quick sale of the home.

The Moorish decorations begin from the front step of the house with intricately carved wooden doors that usher you into the foyer. The floor features stone-tile, and the entryway leads you through a tented arch into an awaiting atrium which has a magnificent spiral staircase. The first floor has multiple living rooms and a spacious open kitchen featuring sage-painted cabinets. The kitchen also features an informal dining area.

The upper floor hosts the bedrooms and a home office. There is a master suite features a double-sided fireplace separating a bedroom and a living room. The living room has Moorish decorations as well. It has a wall featuring miniature carved female shapes. Hudges could not be reached for a comment about the sale. It is one of the quickest sales in a housing market that has been quite sluggish of late.
